All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility after site inspection and load assessment.
Bookings, Pricing & Payment
All quotations provided are valid for the period mentioned in the quote document.
Bookings are confirmed only upon written confirmation and/or receipt of advance payment where applicable.
Prices are subject to applicable GST and other statutory taxes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to technical, logistical, or safety concerns.
Installation & Safety
Clients must provide safe and adequate access to the installation site.
Power 24 by 7 reserves the right to refuse installation if site conditions are unsafe or non-compliant with electrical standards.
All equipment remains the property of Power 24 by 7 unless explicitly sold under a separate agreement.
Cancellations & Refunds
Event-based bookings cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled installation may be subject to cancellation charges.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Customized power setups or emergency deployments may not be eligible for full refunds once execution has begun.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, text, graphics, and design elements are the property of Power 24 by 7.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any website content without prior written consent.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an “as available” basis.
While we strive for uninterrupted service, we are not liable for outages caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party failures.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power 24 by 7 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

Termination
